Our May Meeting is one you won’t want to miss, with AFL great and VFFA member Will Minson joining us for the night.
Will will take us behind the scenes of his time playing AFL, sharing a few stories from life at the top level, before explaining how footy eventually led him into a full-blown addiction to flyfishing.
What started as an escape from the pressure and routine of professional sport has turned into a genuine passion, taking him on some incredible flyfishing trips and opening doors to places and people he may never have found otherwise.
It’ll be a great night of football stories, fishing obsession, travel, mateship and the sort of yarns that fit perfectly in a VFFA room.
